HearMeConnect provides a platform where individuals can connect with compassionate peer listeners for supportive conversations. Our listeners are not licensed therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, or healthcare professionals.
Our services are intended for companionship, emotional support, and friendly conversation only.

HearMeConnect does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, therapy, counseling, or crisis intervention.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, mental health crisis, or are considering harming yourself or others, call 911 or your local emergency services immediately.
Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or purchase services unless otherwise permitted by applicable law and supervised by a legal guardian.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.
Booking & Appointments
Appointments are subject to listener availability.
Users are responsible for arriving on time.
Late arrivals may reduce the available conversation time.
Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the scheduled session.
Memberships
Memberships automatically renew according to the selected billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date.
Unused sessions expire at the end of the billing period unless otherwise stated.
Memberships are non-transferable.
Payments
Payments are securely processed through our payment providers.
Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise indicated.
